  • Identical 2 hour membership seminar, offered 5 days in a row 
  • Applications and Elder interviews to follow
  • Meet with Elders for supper at December and April meetings

Mid-Year Forum
March

  • Purpose: to give ministry progress report and update on vision 

Membership Business Matters
June

  • Annual Budget information and Budget Mail Ballots 
  • Membership Reaffirmation Month – seek affirmation/feedback from all Members

General
July/August

  • Direct communication, interaction & listening with all members who indicate a desire to speak to an elder and follow up on all members who either do not respond to the reaffirmation request or do not reaffirm their membership.

 

NoteA policy titled “Contentious Issues and Doctrine” has been developed because we want our members to know that we are available and willing to serve you in discussing any contentious issue regarding Church policy, procedures and doctrine. The elders and pastoral ministry team desire that the membership be confident that any contentious issue will be handled in a polite and respectful manner while at all times holding the inquirer in high regard.
