Germany English Camp (July 24-August 7, 2011)

At this point, we still have 15 total openings for teachers, counselors, cooks, an activity coordinators, and a Bible Speaker for this session of camp. Assuming that all the staff currently planning on coming will be able to make it, we would still need 3 counselors, 4 teachers, 6 cooks, 1 Activity Coordinator, and 1 Bible Speaker. As there is a waiting list for campers for this session, it would be great to be fully staffed in order to accommodate as many campers as possible. Total cost for the camp is $500 ($450 for returning staff) plus airfare.

Moldova English Camp (July 29-August 9, 2011)

This English Camp will be primarily staffed by a team from Connecticut in cooperation with a team of 10 Moldovans to minister to the 50 campers signed up. We are in need of a small team of 2-5 additional North Americans to serve as counselors and we would prefer that at least one of that group have experience with our camps. Moldova is the poorest country in Europe and it has been incredible to hear how God has used this camp in the past to bring people to a saving knowledge of Him. Total cost for the camp is $500 ($450 for returning staff) plus airfare.

Portugal English Camp (July 14-26, 2011)

This English Camp is run by one of our partners serving with Janz Team Portugal. Though the majority of the staff are Portuguese, they are very interested in having North Americans come serve with the camp as well. Since the teams size would be smaller, the preference for staff at this camp would be for a Small team led by a veteran English Camp volunteer. Total cost for the camp is $500 ($450 for returning staff) plus airfare.

Oral English Teacher at Partner University in Asia (August 2011- June 2012)

TeachBeyond has recently partnered with a University in China to provide 10 staff members for the 2011-12 school year. The Oral English position does not require formal ESL certification or teaching experience, though either of those would both be an asset. In addition to the Oral English positions, the University is also looking for individuals to teach academic courses in business, communications, history, and other subjects. These academic positions require at minimum a bachelor's degree in the specific subject area being taught, though significant life experience and/or a Master's Degree are preferred. These are all salaried positions and the partner university also provides flights to and from the school as well as other benefits. For more information, please contact Mike Koerber at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . The application deadline for these positions is April 18, so please act quickly if you're at all interested.
