Small Groups

mixedgroupNote from the Director

As a church we exist to help people become passionately devoted to God. To be people who strive for a rich and thriving relationship with God - one that never slows down but rather, surges forward. A relationship that is characterized by self-ownership and a desire for growth.

We desire to be deeply committed to one another. To be people who portray an authentic and genuine care, love and affection for each other. We exist to serve with our gifts and encourage one another to move forward in our faith. We challenge one another and hold each other accountable.

We exist to be relentlessly focused on the lost. To be people who look outside of ourselves and outside our own sphere of community in order to reach out in service and dialogue with those who do not know Christ. Our one hand extends inward to enjoy the community of faith and encourage one another to grow. The other hand extends outward in compassion, service and action; being the hands and feet of Jesus Christ in our neighbourhoods and communities.

This is why small groups are at the very core of who we are and what we do as a church. The small group is focused on these three fundamental pillars of a thriving relationship with Jesus Christ. Here at RockPointe Church we desire for every regularly attending adult to become involved in a small group so that they may experience meaningful community, spiritual growth and participate in outreach within their community.

Blessings on your journey,
