Mental Health

The pandemic has impacted everyone on different levels. We can all agree that it has brought many challenges. For some of us it has hit at a deeper level – loss of employment, finances, security, connection with friends and family, and even the loss of loved ones. For many, it has had a great impact on our mental health. This is why RockPointe People Care has created this page where you can hear words of encouragement and find resources if you have been struggling in any area of mental health.

Above all, please know that your church family is here to walk alongside you. If you, or someone in your life is struggling, please do not hesitate to reach out. Contact one of our pastors, or email People Care at peoplecare@rockpointe.ca to start a conversation. There are a lot of people in your RockPointe Church family who are willing and able to help you carry the load.
