Bearspaw Rentals

Our Bearspaw facility is located West of Calgary on Highway 1A (Crowchild Trail NW) approximately 9 km West of Stoney Trail on the South side of the Highway at Lochend Road.

We have a large lobby that can accommodate weddings and receptions up to 250 people, and the view is breathtaking as the facility overlooks the beautiful Bow River valley and the mountains. The view is so incredible that even our parking lot has been used for wedding ceremonies!

Our auditorium can seat 700-800 in theatre style and up to 450 people at round tables for receptions, conferences and fundraisers. Our large stage and state of the art audio visual system are popular for recitals and concerts.

We have many other meeting rooms for break out sessions and we can easily host corporate meetings and planning days. Our Caterer happily accommodates any size of group with a wide and diverse menu selection.
